We provide RICS valuation reports on all sectors for loan security, accounts purposes, probate and family matters. Our clients include the main UK clearing banks, as well as accountants, solicitors and private individuals.
Our valuation reports are in accordance with RICS guidelines, and are comprehensive and tailored to meet the specific needs of the client whilst being completed within an agreed timescale.
- Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
We have extensive knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act and provide advice with regard to rent review and lease renewal negotiations.
- Property Management
We currently manage a select number of commercial portfolios including industrial estates, office buildings in multiple and single occupation and traditional retail units.
Our management service includes: rent and service charge collection, calculation and implementation of service charges, credit control procedures and day to day management.
- Property Development Advice
We advise landowners/developers on commercial and residential developments across South Wales and have successfully disposed of both commercial and residential development land.
We provide specialist development advice and have excellent relationships with the local authorities and developers.
- Building Surveying
We are able to draw upon Chartered Building Surveyors with whom we have close working relationships to advise on Schedules of Condition, dilapidations and refurbishment programmes.
